Thank you to all of our parents for coming in on Parent/Teacher Interviews and observations. :) It was great sharing all of our wonderful work with you!
We celebrated all of the learning we have done in Math by participating in various art activities and through our Pattern Day! As the year progresses, we will still be reflecting on all of our knowledge and making connections to our learning.

With the holidays approaching and so many special events in our class such as birthdays, students wanted to write letters to their families. We discussed how we send and receive mail and visited the closest mailbox to our school and decided to make our own mailbox:

Upcoming Events:
FundScrip Fundraiser: School Council is running their first fundraiser. When you purchase any of the gift cards you will receive dollar for dollar's worth of the amount!!! The school will receive a percentage of the amount to be used to support the school. There is a long list of giftcards to choose from: Loblaws, Starbucks, Petro-Canada and more! They make great gifts for the holiday season. The last day to submit your order is December 9th.
December 16th: Family Movie Night @ 6:30.
There is no cost for the movie and we will be selling popcorn, juice and water for $1.00 and pizza slices for $2.50. Monies raised will go to supporting the purchase of new resources for our outdoor play areas.
December 22nd: Winter Wonderland Concert @ 6:30
The Kindergarten students will be performing, more information will be coming soon! We are asking families to bring a non-perishable food item for the Vaughan Food Bank.
