Happy Halloween and Hello Novemeber

This week, we had lots of fun dressing up for Halloween! Here are some pictures of us in our costumes and some of the activities we participated in: 

We went outside on Thursday after it rained and the students were so excited to see worms! 

They were so excited that we decided to bring some inside to our room: 

We will continue working with small groups of students that are interested in learning more about worms. 

School/Classroom Updates: 

We kicked off our JLPS winter drive. Starting on Monday, we are asking Kindergarten families to kindly help by sending in toothbrushes, toothpaste and chapstick. Thank you in advance :) 

We sent home a permission form for our first field trip of the year to Kortright on Monday Novemeber 20th. 

We will be having a Remembrance Day assembly on Friday November 10th at 10:30. Families are welcome to join us. 

As the weather changes, we are asking parents to please send your child dressed in warm clothing. If you'd like to update your child's extra clothes bag let us know and we will send it home.
