We celebrated Dot Day on Friday! Peter Reynold's Book, The Dot celebrates creativity, courage and collaboration. We created beautiful art, learned the Dot song during music time and dressed up in beautiful dots!

Here are some of the centres we worked at this week:

We're learning the first letter of our names!

We practicing how to make letters using beads.

We're finding the letters in our name and counting how many letters there are

These friends wanted to create a list of words using the alphabet.

S.R looked out the wonder window and drew a picture of what she saw. Together, we worked on labelling her picture!

Outdoor Learning:

We spend the last period of the day ouside. This learning is very engaging and crucial to child development.

This week, we spent time practicing our magic sit spots. We are silent and observe the world around us.
