New Year, New Possibilities....

Welcome back! We picked up right where we left off last year and our students have been hard at work!

We've been exploring snowflakes by doing hands-on experiments, and by reading fiction and non-fiction books.
Ask your child what he/she knows about them!

We also started learning about 3D Solids. Children are exposed to them so early on from playing with balls to wearing birthday party hats. We've been discussing what mathematicians call these items such as spheres, cones, cubes, etc....
Look around your house and see which 3D solids you can find!

Important notes:

  • Tomorrow is a P.A. Day! Have a great weekend :)
  • Friday January 26: Movie Night (Despicable Me 3)
  • Note went home today regarding Winter Electives on February 21 and February 28 to Active Kids Zone and Albion Hills. The cost for both days is $30.00. Please pay through School Cash Online. We will need 4 parent volunteers per class to assist with the trip. Please return the form as soon as possible if you are able to attend one day or both days.
