How to register:
1. Choose the date, location, program and electives (where applicable) for your child's participation (Available online)
2. If your child requires before and after case, complete the YMCA registration form. Once completed, the form can be dropped off at Dr.Bette Stephenson, faxed to 905-943-7612 or emailed to summerinstitute@ymcagta.org.
